The interview was formal, relaxed, not particularly long id say around twenty minutes and the questions aren't very specific I think it was only to get a general idea of someone before progressing to further interviews.

The interview didn't flow, inexperience in the interview showed and some key things weren't noted. It would have gone better if the head of HR wasn't there as he has no IT experience.
