Very thorough, inviting and well mannered. Not one time throughout the interview process did I feel uncomfortable in any way. Second Son allowed me to be truthful about the areas that I lacked experience in without making me feel as if I did not have a chance at getting the job. My advice to anyone going in for an Interview is to be truthful with Rob about your strengths and weaknesses, you have nothing to fear.
