Two times interviews from departmenet manager for skill and job coverage and president (with CFO) for potential role and engage for company improvement.
First interview tooks 1 hour to describe my job requirements and competencies.
Second interview tooks 2 hours to communicate with president for communication skill and english and other potential ability.
