The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Scoro (Erith, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Probably the worst interview experience of my professional career. Recruiter was cold, disinterested, arrogant and felt like she was merely going through a checklist. I remember asking what the benefits are and her response was “well we have a 4 day week, what more do you want?”
Interview questions felt more like a psychological evaluation than an interview. I didn’t know I was applying to be a special agent in MI6 or FBI. Almost all the questions were hyperbolic hypothetical scenario questions with 2 extremes as options. I remember her asking me which I preferred: booking HIGHER QUANTITY meetings or HIGHER QUALITY. I answered and said I have a history of booking high quantity of high quality meetings in my current role(true) and she remarked, “hmmm diplomatic, I see”. Checked out her LinkedIn profile again after the interview and noted she’d studied Psychology at university. Everything made sense. I left the interview knowing I wasn’t getting through to the next round, and quite frankly didn’t want to after that interrogation. An automated email followed shortly. Good riddance
