I got through to the first round. It was a general conversation about technology. They asked about my languages, etc. It lasted 30 minutes. They asked about projects and past experiences.

I was given an in person phone interview by the hiring manager and asked questions about the mobile world (questions like what's the latest version of iOS) I was then called in for an in person interview which was more of the same.

First step was technical phone interview mostly based on my resume and some mobile OS related questions.
Then they called me for an on-site interview. It went good.
The process is quite simple and fast.
