The interview started with a simple call asking if I was able to work in the US legally, and I expressed salary requirement. Then a follow up interview was scheduled. The follow up interviewer contacted me late on the day the interview was to happen, and rescheduled for a week later. Then, on that interview the interviewer was 1/2 hour late. Several technical questions and situation type questions were asked. They reconfirmed salary needs. About 5 days later they called to schedule a formal person on person type interview, but needed to discuss my salary expectations. The range they offered was not acceptable so we agreed to halt the process.
