I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schramm in Jun 2014
Interview
First started with a recruiter. After a brief call identifying a potential match, a phone interview was setup with the VP of engineering. After a good brief call, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I mostly met with the VP of Engineering and a brief conversation with the CEO.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schramm (West Chester, PA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Overall interview was pretty standard, you will be there longer then the time allotted, about an 1hr1/2 over the 2 hr slot. They really look for prior experience in there interns, so it helps if you already have some prior engineering experience under your belt.

Interview
Hired through a staffing firm, which took over a month after the initial interview. Once interview for Schramm, it was like I never said i needed two weeks. The supervisor didn't care, he wanted me to start the next day. It was very informal due to the nature of the business and environment
