Started meeting with a group lead. Moved on to a coding interview using data that they might see on a day to day, used Python and more specifically pandas, not too difficult. Next met with 2 more team members and was supposed to have a meeting right after with the recruiter but they had to push that call back. The recruiter continuously pushed this interview back, week after week citing different reasons that I thought were BS to buy themselves more time for other candidates. I was always the one reaching out and looking for updates despite having relatively positive experiences at each stage of the process. Overall, I thought it was incredibly unprofessional of them between the lack of updates and constant delays.
