Scarritt Group interview questions

30-minute Group screening with HR, a VP and a Director via Microsoft Teams. HR asked the questions, until about half way through. After about 20 minutes the other two began asking and that’s when one asked what my salary requirements were. It ended up that the starting salary point in the job listing was actually the salary maximum. I let them know that, and that I wasn’t willing to lower my requirement.
