Sava Workforce Solutions interview questions

All interviewing was done on the phone 30 minutes verbal interview. I was verified in security systems. There was no background check performed to my knowledge. There was No face/face interview at all. It was a matter of they won a contract and needed to place people ASAP. I did not meet anyone until my first day OTJ. Only One phone call.
