I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sarwa (Dubai) in May 2022
Interview
CEO/Founder reached out to me, and he was looking for head of operations. He shared a case in whcih case covers almost all the end to end operations, he was looking for a free consultancy instead of assessment for my qualification on the role. I submitted the case, then we had a call with 2 other co-founders, their questions were more about how they will fix their operations rather than assessing how am I thinking, they were trying to learn how my previous company was managing similar issues. Their questions took 2 hours of my time. After I share all the case/free consultancy with them, and answered their questions, I received rejection message that I don't have a ''fintech experience''. Which was true but known when they reached out to me for the role. Disgusting.
