The interview with HR was very smooth, and most of the questions focused on digging deeper into my past experience, the challenges I faced, and how I overcame them. After that, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, who explained the job responsibilities and company culture in detail. I felt that they placed more emphasis on personality and attitude toward work rather than just technical skills.
