Sands Capital Management interview questions

Standard recruiting process: 1st round phone screen with recruiter, 2nd round Zoom with DoR focused on cultural fit, and 3rd round Zoom with PMs focused on investment process and experience with additional rounds held in-person.

The process wasn't bad, they just had very poor communication. I got ghosted after my first round and then emailed to get a response but I never got one. I think they already had a candidate in mind before they opened the application.
