Fueron 2 entrevistas, una con HR y, después, la entrevista técnica con un interno del mismo departament. Ambos muy agradables. La entrevista técnica se basaba exactamente en lo que esperar de una persona con el perfil del puesto.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SailPoint Technologies (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jan 2025
Interview
The recruitment process was hugely smooth. Initially an experienced HR recruiter had a quick interview with me. In less than 2 weeks I was presented a technical interview through a Teams Meeting where the interviewer displays several multiple-choice questions from a wide variety of topics. It wasn't the most practical experience but good enough to assess technical background.
Finally I faced three more interviews the same day with department leaders to get me to know. The whole process took no longer than 3 weeks when I was given an offer
