Was professional besides the pressure to be an employee at a busy place where you’ll sit and hold your toolbox down all day. They swear you’ll be making money hand over foot but you don’t. In less than 90 days your hours will go from wow! To wow? And you’ll never understand it cause they use the money they “adjust” for their company parties

Interview within 1 day. At work within 2 days. Easy laid back atmosphere. No hard questions. Cheek swab at interview. Service advisors are nicer than most of management and other employees. Parts team is awesome.

Interview
Interview process consists of applying online and meeting with the service department manager. Applicants are quizzed on typical service adviser duties, techniques for handling problems, and time management. If applicant is a good fit, drug test and background check will be ordered on the spot.
A customer is complaining that we [the service department] told her last visit that her tires were "in the green", she is shouting that she failed a safety inspection for bald tires and now she wants a free set of tires. What do you do?
