I was contacted for a brief phone interview by Human Resources. I was called in for an official interview shortly after. I met with three different managers all at the same time. The questions were fairly straightforward and not too difficult to answer. I was given an offer within the week.

Received an email from an HR representative shortly after applying, inviting me to come in for an interview. The interview started with the HR rep. who asked general questions about my background before taking me to meet with the claims manager and other claims workers. The claims manager went over my resume and asked more specific questions.

(They wanted very specific examples. No generalizing.
