Apply using paper application, no online application process. Generic interview questions, strengths/weaknesses, etc. Each department manager does their own interviews, HR does not interview or impact your chances. If the manager is interested, they will give you a drug test to complete. If they are not interested, you will not receive a drug test. After drug test and criminal history results are received by HR, you will be called in to complete new hire paperwork.
