I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at STERIS in Mar 2024
Interview
I applied directly and received a response quickly requesting me to set up a 30 minute screening call. After that call, I was moved onto the next stage of video interviewing. Though things seemed positive (I specifically asked for feedback after my interview), no one contacted me after the process to provide an update on the application process, nor to tell me I would not be moving on. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates who take time to apply, prepare, and meet with hiring partners. Do better.
