I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at SPAR in Apr 2021
Interview
Very laid-back and simple questions. Aced (as anyone would with the things they were asking) the interview and was offered the job. They said they would bring me in after they had gotten rid of another person (red flag) and I should await their phonecall. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing so I call and see what's happening, they're still trying to get rid of that employee and they'll get back to me as long as I'm still interested. Long story short, this process repeats a few more times until I get sick of waiting and find another job. Cheers lads :)
The interview process was smooth. Mostly want to know if you are good with people and the willingness to learn on the job. Ask about communication skills, Time management skills and how to deal with conflict within a workplace with either with customers or colleagues.
