Very simple, I walked in with my resume in hand. We sat and talked a little about my experience, I took a simple test about my web development knowledge, then they sent me an offer that night.

Interview
I was contacted after my resume was pulled by the company without applying. The interviewers seemed down to earth. Comfortable atmosphere and was asked some programming questions. Interview seemed to good to be true and in the end it really was. It was almost a reverse interview, where they needed me instead of the other way around. This created a comfortable atmosphere that may have shadowed warning signs.
