SKINTIFIC Cosmetics interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn. The process overall was: 1) HR Interview 2) Written Test 3) User Interview and 4) HRBP Interview (Culture Assessment). HR was helpful and informative throughout the entire process, however the process did take very long due to the user's busy schedule. Interview with user was hard but went seamless like a discussion, they know their stuffs. After the HRBP Interview that was supposed to be my last step, they kept me on the sideline and did not inform me for the update of my recruitment. It seems like they were trying to see candidates with lower salaries expectations. I ended up withdrawing from the recruitment process because I got another offer from another company.

The interview is in English, covering current social media analysis, with a content test following the HR interview. The entire interview process will be conducted in English, as the subsequent stage involves an interview with an expat manager. Regarding the assessment, candidates are required to develop detailed content from the given brief.
