Written Interview, Oral interview. Lunch break(free lunch).
Panel of interviewers could range between 4-8 persons. You are then asked questions but some interviewers are too eager to share knowledge or maybe they are impatient with interviewees. They are poor listeners and they end up intimidating some potential candidates.
