Very comfortable but yet time consuming. I was interviewed by two Senior Paralegals at the SEC. My interviewers were very relaxed and made the interview environment very relaxed.

Interview
I was interviewed by four attorneys and the Chief of the Litigation section. The questions pertained to the laws and the quality of work expected from me. Each person posed a scenario to see how I would handle the situation. I answered each of the questions and then posed questions to them in return.

Phone interview. Never met anyone I was working with/ for until my first day which was really weird and didn't necessarily make me feel that there was an actual need for me to be in that position. Recruiter I used was unorganized and sent the wrong salary first.
