ask about your back ground and history. wants to know what makes you qualified for this role and how you intend to help people. asks about your college level and your certifications. asks about your last employment and where you see yourself in five years.

Interviewed there and was given an opportunity but soon found out why several people quit before me. The culture is one of paranoia and control. Wouldn't recommend this role to anyone. My results were better than someone who worked there 7 months and they kept changing expectations then had the audacity to tell me they could "Wait" for me to get better.
