Recruiter didn’t show up for scheduled interview, then rescheduled for next day and had to reschedule again after I was on the call waiting. Finally met with hiring mgr and team member, which well and completed final interview with executive. Executive talked about driving change but as the roles are still open for many months now the company may lack decision making and organizational problems.
