Fairly simple and industry standard, one round of technical with the hiring manager and another with HR. The questions were centered around the technical ability to perform the day to day jobs.

It was via phone call because of covid. The managers were nice and explained how things will work. Must have experience in Mircostation, system and control. I started out as an intern so the questions were fairly easy to answers.

Offer rescinded 1 week before start date after having an official signed offer of employment for 8 months.
Got interview through university job board during senior year. Interviewed on site in Houston. Accepted offer. Maintained periodic contact for 8 months. Paid for and passed the FE exam upon request of the company. Company rescinded offer 1 week before start date. Zero separation compensation. Could not file for unemployment. Loads of student debt. 3 months until the Fall recruiting cycle started again for new college graduates. Etc.
