Typical phone screen interview with recruiter asking general questions relating to the Human Resources aspects of the position, which was strictly a contract position for two years with no paid time off for holidays or vacation and no opportunity for direct hire by the company.

this was a pretty standard process, phone call then one on one manager interview then 4 30 minute interviews with team members talking about my skillset. very quick process (under a month)
