Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds and moved at a steady, well-organized pace. The first round was with a recruiter to learn more about the position and you. The second round was a discovery interview with the head manager, followed by an in-person final round with the same manager. Before the last interview, I was given a prep document, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and positive interview experience.

Interview
The interview process was exceedingly smooth and well coordinated by the teams at Rundoo. There were a total of two interview sessions, both remote.
The first interview session was directly with the supervisor of the position being hired for and followed a more typical interview. The second interview session was more daunting, involving a mock client handoff interaction with the supervisor from the first interview and then an interview with the CEO.
While the second interview seemed daunting, the teams at Rundoo made the entire process incredibly hospitable. Documentation was provided detailing every step clearly and the hiring supervisor coordinated wonderfully to ensure I was looped in with follow-ups promptly.

Overall Experience:
One of the best interview processes I have been through. The team at Rundoo was warm, transparent, and genuinely invested from the very first conversation. You could tell immediately that this is a company that values people and takes hiring seriously.
The Process:
The process was well structured and felt purposeful at every stage. I had the opportunity to speak with multiple members of the team including the CEO, a product leader, and the implementation team. Each conversation felt meaningful and gave me a real sense of the culture and what the role would actually look like day to day.
What really stood out was a role play exercise where I was asked to run a mock kickoff and training session — it was a great way to show what I could bring to the table and gave me a genuine preview of the work. It felt less like a test and more like a real collaboration.
The Team:
After accepting the offer, I was blown away by the number of team members who reached out personally to welcome me — from the CEO to fellow implementation managers. It says a lot about the culture when people go out of their way to make you feel like part of the team before day one.
Advice to Candidates:
Come prepared, be yourself, and do not be afraid to show how you think. Rundoo is looking for people who are curious, process-oriented, and genuinely care about their clients. If that sounds like you, this is a great place to be.
