Wonderful and easy. Not a lot of paperwork. Interesting history of the company. Very easy going process with regular people who make you feel as comfortable as possible. They gave us an offer letter vest and hardhat at the end of our interview and orientation.

Initial interview on the phone with recruiter, interview in-person for two days later. Exec VP, VP and company recruiter to be present, received results of interview the next day.
