The Interview process at the Trust was straight forward. It was a remote interview. There were two interviewees. The interview lasted one hour. I had a chance to ask questions too.

Interview
The interview was on Teams with a panel of 3. The interview lasted around 45 minutes, each interviewer asked a few questions, mixture of experience, knowledge and scenario based questions. The panel was very friendly and informative.

I was asked about safety protocols involving spillages in the CL3 room and safety cabinet.

Very quick process, had been fed back to very well and staff have talked me though the entire process very simply. 4 questions each were asked in the interview after which you had a chance to raise any concerns regarding the position
