The interview process was clear and straightforward. Questions were focused on cultural fit and technical knowledge. The organization is looking for senior developers but is unfortunately staffed by very junior developers looking to prove their stature. What is further challenging is the lack of technical expertise of the management staff, allowing the more junior staffers to run loose.
