I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Roadtrek (Waterloo, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview process was through a recruiter. Three interviews:
1) Recruiter at recruitment office
2) Marketing manager at recruitment office
3) Marketing team member at Roadtrek office
Initial 2 interviews were set up by recruiter and were handled in a professional manner. Last interview was disappointing - office was not prepared for me, the manager was over an hour late for my interview, the team member who interviewed me essentially spent an hour and a half telling me about their job experience and boasting themselves - barely even asking me any questions, and there was no parking - I had to walk on the side of the road in an industrial neighbourhood without sidewalks, in the middle of winter.
My takeaway - if you aren't willing to woo potential employees, how do you treat your staff?
