Was problematic with first two levels of phone interviews since the recruiter kept changing dates. Met with VP of the region in face to face interview. Job seemed to be meant for an inside replacement. 8 people interviewed, me and another were outside candidates, 6 were internal.

Phone interview, in person interview, drug and background screening, I then was extended an offer.
It was a pretty simple process from start to finish. They were prompt with replying back to me and were quite flexible with scheduling me to fit time in for an interview. It was a nice process being interviewed by other managers.
