Easy process. Applied online, got a phone call within a week or so to schedule an in person interview. was asked relatively simple questions about given scenarios and how to properly handle them

What’s an example where you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Good, easy process and the management is very nice. They will work with you, discuss your past work history. How are you with time management and setting schedules. Great opportunity for new techs in the field.

Interview
Interview was rather informal and painless. I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. I was in the process of moving from another state and they were patient with me and worked around my schedule.
