They cold call you asking for a time on when you're available for a screening (which could've been an email). Then they ask you to answer a very long, written pre-screening questionnaire (behavioral method questions). I accidentally missed the call (and she left a voicemail). I immediately called the recruiter back within a minute and then sent her an email. She never responded back. Essentially wasted everyone's time.

I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Rheem in Sept 2025
Interview
Met them at a career fair and talked to some representatives about my project experiences. Received an email asking me to schedule an interview with the department head of the division I'd be working for. The interview was essentially a conversation about my technical experiences and what the department does at Rheem. No questions were asked aside from the usual "Introduce yourself", and there was a chance to ask questions. I heard back pretty quickly saying that I was a finalist for their co-op program, but the company needed to finalize their budget. After getting ghosted for a couple months, and after me regularly checking in, they finally told me that the only position they had was for next fall.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rheem (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process was great. HR was in regular communication throughout and was proactive in communicating feedback and next steps. I interviewed with several people who I would be working with throughout the organization.
