Really bad overall. Waste of time. Pursued opportunity via a LinkedIn message from head of recruitment. Introductory chat organised with ease, very efficient. Had a conversation with an internal recruiter, very friendly person, subsequently invited to take an online assessment. Completed the assessment and had radio silence for a few days. I chased for an update a few times and was told I scored 92% by the head of recruitment (I never had email of interviewer) and that the interviewer would be in touch. Was also given her email. A few working days days pass. I email interviewer directly. A week passes and still no reply. A simple “92% is not good enough” or “sit tight for a few weeks” would have been all that is required instead of nothing.

Round 1 - HR Round 2 - Interviewer asked questions for Business transformation engineer, but told me that it is similar kind of profile. Discussed previous project experience in STAR methodology. Gave a Case study on AML.
