Muy mal organizados, no se comunican entre ellos, no te informan salario, te dicen una cosa y hacen otra, no saben ni lo que están ofreciendo como oferta.
En determinado momento pensé que era algún tipo de broma, pues los recruiters no sabían ni en cual stage de la entrevista estaba.

Colloquio composto da 7 step, dura meno un film di Scorsese. HR che non lasciano scelta in merito a giorni/fasce orarie dei colloqui, come se il candidato non lavorasse. EG: "Please note that the slots availability is very limited and we kindly ask not to reschedule unless there is a very critical requirement (like a medical emergency)." Praticamente o sto morendo oppure il giorno del colloquio è quello.
Atteggiamento di alcuni manager veramente molto opinabile durante i colloqui, è molto tangibile il senso di superiorità e compiacimento nel mettere in difficoltà il candidato.
