Two times face to face interview. The first interview will be conducted on a Thursday afternoon. The interviewers will be your future bosses. if you have passed the interview, the HR will contact you very soon for the second time interview. Second interview is just a shakes hands and chit chat process since you have been selected. The department head with your direct boss will be the interviewer. If you have passed the first interview, you won't be rejected as long as you won't displease the department head.
