Interview
The interview process took about two weeks, I applied online and got an email about two weeks later regarding a brief phone interview. The second phone interview was with the Marketing Manager and more in depth.
One thing that needs improvement is the follow up process, I sent out thank you email and never heard a word back. I feel that it is unprofessional especially when the company is advocating for changes within the community.
