Remotivate interview questions

The interview process was fast and smooth, with updates on each step in a timely manner. Consistent process and structured approach. Interviewer was friendly, I didn't have a sense that I am actually interviewed, it was more a frienly chat.

I received a link to record myself answering 3 simple questions (strengths & weaknesses, two likes and dislikes at current/previous job, why am I the perfect fit) followed by a form that asked role-specific questions and how my background fits the role.
