Interview
Initial communication was simply a call back from a secretary after a resume submission. Interview was the next day with a few partners. Interview itself was not that difficult. The interview lasted about 75 to 90 minutes or so. Only needed one interview. Received a call a little less than a week after the interview was over.

Question 1
Questions were fairly straight forward. No really hard questions (not even any behavioral-based questions).
Standard process as far as questions go but it is a process. Interviewed multiple times over the course of months. Each time I met with different attorneys in office partners and/or associates. They like to get their candidates thoroughly for fit. Most if not all attorneys are involved including associates. Ultimate decision/offer comes from managing partner of firm.
