It was very laid back and they really wanted to see you personality and see if you would be a good fit for the company and with everyone working there. They were very honest about expectations

The phone interview went pretty well; they asked basic questions, and just wanted to get to know you. They wanted me to work 6 days a week, but I told them I couldn't work past 5pm on Tuesday. I was told that they will contact the branch manager to see if that's ok, but I actually never heard back from them. They didn't even send me an email telling me I didn't make it to the next step.
