Regal Financial Group interview questions

Heather, John and Brian are great to interview with. They don’t just hire people to fill a position. They look to hire people who have character and can grow the firm and move up in the company. From my conversations with them, they put a ton of time and resources into this. Building a relationship with me and getting to know me was extremely important to them during this process. It was a refreshing experience.

Good interview. I was in a conference room with several of the staff. It was pretty informal and relaxed. They got back to me within the next few hours and offered me the job. I was so excited. It was definitely a fun place to work sometimes but it could get toxic if the management was in a bad mood.
