I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Redi Carpet (Augusta, GA)

Interview

It was a complete waste of my time and money. I live 2 and a half hours from the job site. I was willing to relocate if hired. The interview lasted 10 minutes. I have never been so angry about a job interview. Don’t waste your time. With that being said the company should work on the trash as it was all over the parking lot. Not to mention, telling me that their processes hadn’t been successful.

I’m really confused by your review as we don’t have an office in Augusta, GA. Additionally, the interview experience you described does not align with the way we do things at Redi Carpet. Regardless of the candidate, or the position, the Redi Carpet interview process begins with a Pre-Employment Application, online assessments, and the interview definitely takes longer than ten minutes. Lastly, keeping our branches clean (both inside and out) is not just lip service, it’s one of our core values.
