Contacted the HR guy via email and got phone screen interview. I didnt pass phone screen. so I just know this first step of the hiring process.

I only had one interview. The interview consisted of talking with 3 people in a comfortable break room type environment. I talked to one of their controls engineers and the manager of that group. They were friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Some technical questions, but nothing extreme.
