Went over application.
Spoke about previous job experience.
Went over all aspects and expectations of the restaurant.
Was given short tour.
Talked about the responsibilities of a fine dining level of service and what is expected of a FOH employee at this location.

I had an interview with the Executive Patry Chef. He had me work for a couple of hours. He had me make a basic vanilla cake and swiss buttercream. We talked about where I worked in thr past and what I would put on their menu if I got the job.
