It was really good, really well detailed basically the process was a little bit extensive but that is not bad, that allows you to connect with different people from HR, Dev, VP and see different points of view but also make sure you are a good fit.
Different positions they have different processes but in general really good.

Interview
Applied thru linkedin. Got a call from recruiter to discuss the role. Set up a technical phone screen with the Director. Seemed like the Director had made up his mind before making the call. Asked just a couple of questions about my experience and what about technology do I find interesting (?!). Got an automated email saying they weren't moving ahead with this.
