Reading Partners Manager interview questions

All in all, the process took over three months!! Interview process consisted of a 45 minute phone screen, 2 hour-long panel interviews, and writing an essay about what you would do in a very specific scenario without any way to research their company policies beforehand. You discuss your essay in the final panel interview. The results were withheld for over three weeks so they could interview other candidates. I was told I would hear an answer the week of April 3rd, but did not receive any communication. I had to reach out to the recruiter the week of April 10th to find out where I was in the process and was sent back an automated rejection email. For a process that took well over 10 weeks, I felt that my time and effort was disrespected. I’ve never written a review before, but this is the worst interview process I have ever been through.
