Interview
I applied through Indeed and found it on Jobscore. There is a video or phone recording interview that has pre-recorded questions on it. You record your answer. This can be kind of hard because you are only given 60 seconds or so to answer and process. You can't hang up and call back. After that, someone contacts you probably through email and sets up a phone interview. If you are in the area they will ask to meet you in person. If not then the interview is conducted thru the phone which is weird cause how will they like know who you are if they can't see you, but it's okay.

Question 1
What is something your old co workers would say about you about work?
2 interviews with 2 managers. Usual questions. Why do you wanna serve? Weaknesses, experience with the kids. Questions about the community social justice and what sort you want to play as an americorps member
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reading Partners (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied online, phone screen with a former AmeriCorps Site Coordinator, project and questionnaire, and in person interview. All welcoming people, passionate about the mission. The process is involved though. The questions are thought provoking, there is role-play, and you have to do a written assignment. They are upfront about the AmeriCorps status and stipend amount at all stages from the posted job description to the offer letter. The offer will be contingent on background check. Be honest with yourself and with them before accepting about whether the arrangement is feasible for you.

Interview
Met with two supervisors, both very nice. One person asked questions and the other one typed my answers on a computer. Followed up by telling me more about the position and Americorps. I also got to ask a bunch of questions.
