After applying, got an automatic email reply with links to complete two separate initial AI screenings. One was a timed assessment and the other was an AI interview. The AI interview let's you record your answer to questions twice which was nice and the assessment was fairly straightforward but also open-ended. Use time accordingly. 30 minutes total.

Question 1
If you could use one AI tool to improve your process as a Customer Experience Agent (job description provided], what would it be and how would you use it?
ONE OF THE WORST INTERVIEWS I’VE HAD
I applied online, and it took 2 months for them to get back to me. I only found out during the hiring manager chat that it was for a completely different team than what I applied for, which led me to focus on completely the wrong skills during the interview.
The recruiter did not even bother to schedule a call, putting me directly in touch with the hiring manager. Lacking that initial touch point I never got some basic information such as:
- level
- salary and compensation ranges
- hybrid vs remote vs full time
- what the entire interview process looks like
As a result I never knew what to expect next, how many interviews there would be in total which was very stressful while interviewing at other places in parallel.
New interviews seemed to pop up out of nowhere, with unclear descriptions such as “VP of product”.
The people I talked to seemed smart and excited about the work, they were all polite and respectful. But I believe that the hiring process is a reflection of how a company treats their employees. This gave me the impression of a company that has unclear expectations, poor communication and little respect for people’s time.
It started with take home question regarding flags. Then heard back from a recruiter a week later. Then never heard back unfortunately. Not sure if they have too many applicants
